Galabeks cannery is a factory specialized in production of food of high quality.
We produce very attractive line of products the name of ANTIPASTI, created on the base of different combination of mini vegetables and natural cheese or tuna fish.
Let us introduce our new and enriched list of products called ANTIPASTI (Appetizer, Hors-D'œuvre, Закуска). They look really impressive and attract with their specific Mediterranean taste and appearance.
We use them as a starter or garnish.
I’d like shortly to draw your attention on some of the raw materials that we use:
- The cheese – Bulgarian cow cheese, well know as white cheese in brine, having an excellent taste and look and most of all – it is natural.
- The vegetables – Almost all of them are planted in the valley of sunny Bulgaria, located between
"Old mountain" and Black sea and prepared by us in our factory. They are natural and tasty.
This wonderful group of products is created and controlled with the active and professional work of Italian and Greek technologists, who a leaders in the production of ANTIPASTI. We offer it in attractive glass jars with a long shelf life and in PP packaging as well, made for refrigerated storage.
Our main brand is Sapori dei monastery, but we also work under privet labels. Please enjoy our products.
